Skilling Australia for the Future - Discussion Paper
The Acting Prime Minister Julia Gillard, Treasurer Wayne Swan and Employment Participation Minister Brendan O’Connor, released a discussion paper on the Productivity Places Program on 1 April 2008.
The paper was developed to provide all stakeholders with an opportunity to provide feedback to the Australian Government about the proposed architecture and implementation arrangements for 630,000 additional training places, to be delivered as the Productivity Places Program.
Stakeholders were able to make submissions on the issues raised in the paper up until April 2008. The responses to the discussion paper are listed below in alphabetical order.
